Graphics beginnings- creating letters

I used emotions as a prompt for designing the letter A ten times. It was difficult to think about how I could portray each emotion in the letter without illustrating on it or around it. For example, I think I portrayed frustration well- I sliced into the printed capital A and stuck it onto another piece of paper, before colouring the bits that I sliced with red. For me, frustration is the feeling of borderline anger when things are not going well. I used the red gaps to show this.
