Tim Hatley is a British set and costume designer who specialises in theatre and broadway, but has also taken part in films. Hatley's first broadway production was 'Stanley' in 1997, where he designed the set for the performance. Since then he has designed the set for Private Lives, Temple, Ghosts, Spamalot, Shrek the Musical, and Dream Girls in the West End. He has also designed exhibitions, for example at the V&A, and the Museum of London. Hatley has done projects for prestigious companies such as the Theatre De Complicite and Royal Shakespeare Company, and earned 4 Tony Awards, 4 Laurence Olivier Awards, and 2 Drama Desk Awards for his set and costume designs.
