I used two of my location shots that I thought best represented my theme of mythology, alongside my final piece shots. I was the photographer and two of my peers were my stylist and model. We chose a location near the thames and I managed to find an enclosed grassy area with some stonework on the floor, which appeared to look more old and mysterious, almost like an archeological dig site. I took 35 photos at this location, and I ended up picking a side profile and a pose with the sword raised. I considered these two photos my best as they not only showed the armour at two different angles, but they also showed my narrative best. I wanted my model to resemble a hero whose story is told through myth and legend, like in greek myths. She had to appear strong, fearless and adventurous. I feel as if my final arrangement of photos best reflects my design board and my sense of story. I also think that I have arranged the photos well in the style of Wolfgang Tillmans, although a more asymmetrical and misplaced layout would fit more with his style.
